PURPOSE: Event Attendee Swag Bag
The Aware Women’s Health Foundation 25th Annual Convention was a milestone to be celebrated. To mark the milestone, the organizers wanted to put together a swag bag attendees would receive when they checked into the hotel for the convention. Their goal was to have a combination of products attendees could use during the convention and a few they could use long after the convention had ended.
The Aware Foundation focuses on wellness as a key part of their brand initiatives, and hydration is no exception, so one item they included was a customized reusable water bottle.
Safety is another important part of Aware’s brand initiatives. The logo'd Chroma Keyring Flashlight is a useful and inexpensive item that can be kept on a keychain, a purse, or anywhere in between.
The conference was filled with motivational speakers, workshops, and educational activities where notetaking is always a priority, so a custom pen and notebook were also included in the swag bags.
