How to Request a Quote

Not ready to commit to placing an order yet, or need to run pricing past someone else before finalizing the order? 

No problem! Just use our “Request a Quote” feature to get customized pricing before placing your order.

• Start Your Quote
  • Make sure you are logged into your Executive Advertising account, quotes can only be requested by registered users.
  • Once you have located the product you want quoted, click the “Request Quote” button to transition to ‘Quote Mode.’

• Quote Mode
  • Once you click “Request Quote", your checkout questions and color mode transition into “Quote Mode”
  • Quote Mode has a blue color scheme which separates it from the standard checkout mode.
  • Quote Mode also has a blue quick tip box on the right side describing what to do in each section.

• Item Color
  • Choose your item color
  • Enter your quantity
  • Click Next

• Decoration Locations
  • The Default options will be preselected, but you can choose optional locations or methods in this section.
  • Choose to Upload Artwork Now or Later
    • If uploading artwork during this step, you will be required to decide if you want to receive a mockup or not before proceeding.

  • If you have questions, at any point during the process, you can enter them into the blue box on the right. Your Customer Service representative will be glad to address your questions when the quote is ready for you to review.

• Shipping Details
  • Once the decoration details are complete, you need to give us the shipping details.
  • Your quote will be preset to your account default address, but can be edited directly from the product page if needed.
  • Review the production and shipping details.
  • Click “Add to Quote Cart”

• You Aren't Finished Yet!
  • Once you click “Add to Quote Cart” you will be prompted to either “Continue Shopping” or “View & Submit Quote”.
    • If you want to add more products to your quote, click “Continue Shopping” and shop around for other promotional items to add into your quote.
    • If you are ready to finalize your quote request, click “View & Submit Quote.”
  • If you clicked “Continue Shopping” but decide to submit anyway, simply click the blue “Quote” tab on the right side of your browser window and a slide out will appear.
    • Once that panel slides out, click “View and Submit Quote” to be redirected to the Quote Cart Page for final submission

• Submit Your Quote
  • The final step to sending your quote to us is clicking the “Request Quote Now” button.
  • The status of your quote can be located in the top right corner of the product details.
  • Once submitted, you can check and view status and pricing updates under your “My Quotes” tab in your account.
