How to Request an Artwork Mockup

Requesting an Artwork Mockup from Executive Advertising

• Start a Quote
  • Every mockup is accompanied by a quote, and cannot be requested separately.
  • Begin by logging into your Ordering Account.
  • Once you have an item that you wish to see virtually customized with your logo, click the “Request Quote” button on the product page.

• Quote Details
  • Follow each step in the Quote Request Mode, entering Quantity, Item Color, Decoration Location, etc.

• Artwork Upload Options
  • Select the “Upload or Design My Artwork Now” button.
  • Then click the yellow “Add/Upload Artwork” button.

• Your Artwork Library
  • Select artwork that has already been added to your Artwork Library.
  • You can also upload new artwork here using the green “Upload Artwork” button or by dragging and dropping the file into your Artwork Library.

• Request an Artwork Mockup
  • Select “Yes” in the Send a Free Artwork Mockup box to the right.
  • Include special artwork notes or instructions in the text box below your art.

• Complete Your Quote
  • Select your desired shipping details in the final step.
  • Add to Quote Cart by pressing the blue button.

• Review Your Quote
  • Review Your Quote Details.
  • Select the yellow “Request Quote Now” button to complete the quote.

• My Quote Page
  • Typically your pricing quote and artwork mockup will be ready to review within 1 business day under the My Quotes page in your account. You will receive an email notification when this is ready to review.

What is an artwork mockup?

An artwork mockup gives you a virtual example of what your artwork is going to look like on the item you plan to purchase.

Is an artwork mockup required on all decorated or customized orders?

No, however we do require an artwork proof approval once your order is placed.

How do I view my artwork mockup?

Your artwork mockup will be paired with your quote, which you can find within your Ordering Account under My Quotes.

My artwork looks small, can you make it larger?

When sizing your artwork within the product's imprint space, we always center and maximize your artwork to make your logo as large as possible for printing. For smaller items, like custom key chains or logo'd pens, the more information we try to squeeze into that imprint space, the smaller each letter of that imprint becomes, and sometimes it becomes too small to be legible when printed. Occasionally, our artists can modify the layout of your artwork to help your artwork seem larger within the same amount of space.
