Ordering Decorated Promotional Products from Executive Advertising

• Product Color Selections
  • Select the Item color for your product (including other parts like Drinkware Lids or Trim Colors for Writing Instruments)
  • Confirm your Order Quantity for the Color(s) selected

• Decoration Choices
  • The standard and most popular location will be preselected, but if other locations are available, you can change your selection.
  • Select Your Artwork Option
    • "Upload or Design My Artwork Now" will redirect you to your "Artwork Library" where you can upload a new logo or choose one already saved.
    • “Upload My Artwork Later” will allow you to continue through checkout without adding your artwork if it isn't immediately available.
  • Choose your Decoration Method
    • The most common method will be preselected for you.
    • Some decoration methods are upgrades, and will cost additional per item.

  • Pick your Imprint Color
    • The dropdown will show Standard Imprint Colors that are included in your price.

• Shipping Information
  • The Default shipping address for your account will be prefilled here for faster checkout.
    • To use a different address, select “EDIT” and choose from a saved address or add a new one.
  • Production Time
    • Standard production time is the default
    • If Rush Production are available, select “Show More” to view availability.
    • Ship Method - Ground shipping is the default method
      • Expedited shipping options are available by selecting “Show More”
  • Delivery Date
    • “Estimated by” date will be the earliest date the order can be delivered based on your selections.
    • "I Need My Order Delivered By" allows you to select a specific date for delivery. If your date isn't available, try revising your product selections to a rush production or expedited shipping method to open up earlier delivery dates.

• Completing Checkout
  • Clicking the green “Add to Cart” button on the product page takes you to your shopping cart, where you can review your order details, make last minute edits, and even request Reorder Reminders!
  • Click the green “Continue to Checkout” on the right side to provide payment information and finalize the order!
    • You can Add a New Credit Card, choose from a Saved Credit Card, or choose to pay by check
    • Edit your billing address right from this page if needed
  • Then, click “Place My Order” on the right, and you are all set!
