Reordering a Product Ordered from The Executive Advertising
If you are trying to reorder a product you previously purchased under our old website platform, www.TheExecutiveAdvertising.com, we have completely revised the reorder process to make it easier and more convenient than ever to restock your promotional product supplies! Checkout our step by step guide located below the video.
Migrate Your Account - As a returning customer, you will want to make sure you have completed the account migration so that all your old orders can be brought into your new site Ordering Account.

My Orders
Once your account is migrated, it's time to find the product (and order) you need to repeat.
Under your account click the link for “My Orders” to be redirected to your Order History page. From here you can select the order you are trying to reorder.
Start The Reorder
If the product you are trying to reorder is available for purchase, a picture of the product will show up on your order details page, along with a Yellow “Reorder This Product Now” button, which you should click.
Product Page
The first time placing a reorder on the new platform will feel similar to placing a new order. You will start by clicking “Start Order” OR, if you need to get approval on pricing first, you can also click “Request A Quote”.
Next, complete the product questions, including quantity and item color, and continue to the Decoration options where we will automatically prefill the “Use Artwork from Previous Order” option for you.
We will also include a note to our Art Department to use the art from the previous order number you selected.
NOTE: The reorder function currently defaults to the standard decoration method. If your previous order was for a decoration method other than standard, or included upgrade options, those will not be preselected for you, and should be selected during checkout. However, if the order is placed using standard options, we will adjust your current order to match your previous order, and you will have the opportunity to confirm those changes during the proof approval process.
Complete Checkout
From this point, you will just need to complete your reorder checkout by selecting your shipping address, completing the billing information, and submitting the order.
You will be required to approve a new proof using our new online approval system for the first reorder through this new platform so please watch for a “Ready to Approve” email to be sent to you.
What if the product you want to reorder doesn't have a reorder button?
We are working hard to offer our customers the very best in promotional products, and are bringing in hundreds of new products daily. We are also trying to make sure that the products we are offering are still available for purchase. So, if you are trying to reorder a product, and the order details page looks like the image below, don't give up! The “contact us” tab should slide out to allow you to give us your name, and a short description of the item and old order number you are trying to repeat. Our Customer Service team will be glad to check into your request and either send a custom quote for the same item you want, or make suggestions on a close alternative. Either way, we will always work for you to try and get you a promotional product you are going to love!

Production times may vary depending on decoration methods, number of locations, and product type.
Production time do not include shipping transit times or artwork proofing times.
On each product page you can enter your shipping zip code and see how long it takes for your order to be produced and ship to your location.
Rush production options may also be available.
