How to Order Apparel

Ordering Apparel in a Single Style

PLACING YOUR APPAREL ORDER

• Pick Your Apparel - Choose the style you want to decorate, and click “Start Order”

• Choose the Apparel Colors and Sizes
  • Click the color you want, and typing in the quantity for each size in the corresponding row for that color.
  • As you enter your sizes, the quantity in the “Units" column of the chart and your total “Quantity” on the right side summary will adjust.
    • If the size you are selecting is more expensive than standard, that additional upcharge shows up under “Additional Charges”.

• Choose Your Decoration Locations
  • One Standard Location is included, but there may be other locations available instead of, or in addition to, the included location.
  • Upcharges for the additional locations will appear in the header for that location tab, and is added into the base pricing for the product.

• Give us your Artwork
  • For each location selected you will choose the artwork and imprint color you want to use.
  • You can also choose to upload you artwork later if you do not have it ready.

• Shipping and Production Information
  • Select or Enter the shipping address for the order.
  • Review the Production time based off the options selected.
  • Choose the shipping method (all orders preselect Ground Shipping by default).
  • Review the Estimated Delivery Date.
  • Click “ADD TO CART.”

• Checkout
  • Once in the shopping cart page, you can either Complete Your Checkout by clicking the Green button on the right side of the cart page, OR add more apparel styles to your order.

Ordering Multiple Styles of Decorated Apparel

Need to Order a Companion or Complimentary Apparel with the same artwork? Apparel Groups allow you to add multiple styles with the same artwork to the same order. Here's how:

• Add More Apparel Styles
  • Once you have added your first apparel style to the shopping cart, click the “Add More Apparel Styles” button.

• View Available Apparel and Choose Your Next Style
  • A pop up window will appear showing you other apparel styles that offer the same type of decoration you selected.
  • To add the new style to your “Apparel Group”, click “Add Apparel Product.”

• Apparel Item Color Selections
  • When you click to “Add Apparel Product”, the window will navigate to the item colors available.
  • Just like on the first product, you will select the item colors desired, and enter the quantity for each size/color needed.
  • Click “Add Apparel” once quantities are entered.
    • Since the artwork and shipping options stay the same as the original apparel style, there are no other steps to complete for adding new styles.

• Continue to Checkout
  • Your Shopping Cart will be updated to an “Apparel Group” and a list of the apparel styles will show up in the summary.
  • Review Your order details by clicking “Show Details” and opening up the order specs (including Style, Color and Size breakdowns).
  • Click the Green “Continue to Checkout” button on the right side of the page, and continue to checkout the order normally.
