And although we cannot snap our fingers to create more of an out-of-stock promo product, we do have the inventory data behind the scenes. But why isn't this information readily available to you? Because most promotional product distributors are either unable or unwilling to directly offer up this information.

Search Out Your Promo by Inventory Level

Don't waste time curating the perfect promotional product to print your logo on, only to find out later that it is out of stock. Now we are putting the control in YOUR hands with our Inventory Search Filter.

Start by searching for a general promotional product or category, like branded notebooks. When you hit the search page, you'll see our filters on the left hand side, including price range, color, minimum order, and…inventory! This information on stock can be drilled down by different levels of availability, including:

• Deep inventory
• Always in stock
• Most colors deep inventory
• In stock
• Most colors in stock
• Some colors in stock

The filter will also let you know which products currently do not have the inventory check feature available. Although we do not have instant stock checks for some of our custom products, our customer service team can quickly find that information for you via website chat or phone at (800) 338-7996.

You'll also notice while searching that you can easily spot branded items that are in stock with a green label below the item price and quantity. These tags will correspond to the filter listed above. Tags for Backordered or Out of Stock items will be labeled in red.

Another way to enhance your search is by changing your display from Grid View to our New List View. This switch can be found in the upper right hand corner of the search page under “Display View”. Click the icons to alternate between Grid View and List View, depending on your preference.

Searching with the List View will give you a closer look at the customized item colors and pricing, along with the current status of the inventory.

Stock Levels Show in Ordering Step #1

Once you've fallen in love with one of our promotional products and you'd like to take the next step by printing your logo on the item, you'll find yourself of the product page. Here is where you will discover specific stock information on each item color. 

After starting your order, you will begin to see inventory information immediately in Step 1 (Item Colors / Options). You may notice if an item color is low in stock, out of stock or on backorder. Clicking on a specific color and entering your desired quantity will confirm your in-stock options.

Custom apparel can seem like a daunting task for someone to order for a corporate event, employee gift, local team uniforms, or custom giveaway. That's why we are constantly tweaking and streamlining our printed apparel ordering process. Once you've zeroed-in on the custom t-shirt or jacket you'd like to decorate with your logo, you will be able to confirm stock for both item colors and sizing in real-time.

As you enter your size quantities, we will show you if your selection is in stock. If stock is low, our system will automatically populate the sizing field with how many are left in stock for that specific size. Looks easy, right? We promise it is!
