Finding Promotional Products with a Free Rush
Not sure which products come with a free 48 hour or 3 day rush? Simply look for either of these Rush icons on our product pages.
Rush Requirements
- When ordering any products on a rush service we STRONGLY recommend calling in your order to make sure that your item is in stock and that your shipping transit time is accurate. Call us at (800) 338-7996.
- Order must be clearly marked "48 HOUR RUSH" or "3 DAY RUSH" in the product's "Special Instructions" field when checking out.
- Order must be placed & Artwork must be Approved prior to 1pm EST. Or your order will start the next business day.
- Artwork must be in camera ready Vector Format - Or add 24 hours for us to recreate your artwork (free service).

Artwork E-proofs - Delays in approving your Artwork E-proof will result in delayed production.
We accept ALL forms of artwork, however vector art (in a .eps or .ai file type) is preferred, especially for a Rush Service. To get your order into production the same day that your order is placed, we would need your logo/artwork in vector art upon submission to our art department. Otherwise we will have your artwork recreated (FREE service with every order) with our Artwork Recreation Process. This process will always take at least overnight to complete, but it is free if you are ordering any of our promotional products.
You do not have to have Vector Artwork. We can submit any font type set into production the same day; we just need a copy of the font type. With either process we will ask you to approve a pre-production artwork e-proof before your order goes into production. We do this to ensure customer satisfaction with every order.
- NO Less Than Minimum Orders
- The FIRST day of production starts the day after your order is received.
- During peak production holiday seasons, rush services may not be available. Contact us for further details.
- Factory may be closed on US Federal Holidays.
Additional Paid Rush Services
While our FREE Rush products will always be accompanied by a Rush icon, other products with no Rush icon may still be available for a PAID Rush service. If you are in need of a paid Rush service, please contact our customer service department at (800) 338-7996.
Rush Production FAQ's
Why choose a free 48 Hour or 3 Day Rush instead of a 24 Hour Rush?
1.) Different Products. We have different promotional products available on different free rush services. Our goal is to make sure that you receive your promotional product on or before your in-hands date. If you need your items on Friday and you are ordering on Monday, then a Free 3-Day Rush Product may be the best solution. (NOTE: This depends on the shipping carrier's transit time to your location).
2.) Different FOB Points. Our factories are in many different states. The location of our available warehouses may impact your shipping time. For example, a 3-Day Rush product may not be the best option if you live in California, if the warehouse is located in New York. You can expedite your shipping, but keep in mind that heavier items sometimes cost more for expedited shipping. In these cases, a free 24 Hour Rush product may be a better option. The FOB points of our 24 Hour Rush products vary per product. When in doubt, please CALL US and we will get your product delivered as quickly and inexpensively as possible.
How do I request a Free 48 Hour or 3 Day Rush production when checking out?
Select from the available rush production options during checkout. Without a clearly stated Delivery In-Hands Date OR stating that you would like a Free Rush Service, the factory reserves the right to ship your products with standard production turn around times, which will vary per product. When you checkout online, you will be asked the latest date that you need your order by. If we can not meet your in-hands date we will contact you within 24 hours to go over your shipping and rush options.
If you would like to use the Free Rush Service with NO In-Hands Delivery Date, that's ok too! Each promotional product has a section for "Production Time" in the checkout questions. In this section, simply select the rush service you want to utilize on the product. As long as your order meets the guidelines above, we'll produce your products within your respective rush timeframe.
When will I receive my Artwork E-proof if I am requesting a Rush service?
You will receive your e-proof the same day - before 2pm EST at the latest. Your immediate approval (within 30 minutes) is required to prevent production delays. Remember - your artwork needs to be vector artwork OR a text type set (just telling us the text to print). Otherwise 1 business day will need to be added to your production time so that we will be able to recreate your artwork to a usable format. Read more on Artwork Proofs.

A standard production time for each product is listed on each product page.
Production times may vary depending on decoration methods, number of locations, and product type.
Production time do not include shipping transit times or artwork proofing times.
On each product page you can enter your shipping zip code and see how long it takes for your order to be produced and ship to your location.
Rush production options may also be available.
