The warranty applies only when the umbrella is used under normal conditions for the purpose for which the umbrella is designed and does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage related to misuse, alterations, accident, improper care or if the umbrella is lost or stolen. If we no longer make the style or color/print you have, we will do everything we can to send a replacement that is as close in size, function and color/print as possible.
